What you will do
- Follow up on incoming leads to strengthen the sales pipeline.
- Conduct targeted outreach to new potential accounts in assigned territories.
- Schedule and manage appointments with qualified prospects for Account Managers and Directors.
- Meet or exceed targets for qualified leads delivered to the sales team.
- Build interest and nurture customer relationships to advance them through the pipeline.
- Collaborate with global sales team and other departments to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (business-related preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years work experience, including at least 1 year in sales or marketing.
- High emotional intelligence and customer-focused mindset.
- Strong organizational skills, resilience, and team collaboration.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility for global time zones.
