What you will do
- Manage active opportunities in the CRM to ensure clear next steps and updated statuses.
- Follow up with inbound and outbound leads to ensure fast response times and consistent communication.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews between clients and internal talent teams.
- Assist in building proposals and deal artifacts by gathering required inputs from internal departments.
- Maintain CRM data integrity and act as the gatekeeper for pipeline records.
- Support newly closed clients to identify opportunities for account expansion.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Account Management, SDR/BDR, or Recruiting Coordination.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Experience maintaining CRM discipline using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Professional communication skills in English.
- Ability to work as a full-time contractor.
- Must be based in Latin America.
