Senior Sales Manager (Outstaffing)

Senior Sales Manager (Outstaffing): Driving business development and revenue growth in the LATAM market with an accent on structuring complex deals and building sales processes. Focus on lead generation, ICP development, and mentoring BDRs.
Location: Must be based in Brazil, Argentina, or Colombia

US-based outsource software development company delivering exceptional software experiences to technology companies since 2011.
What you will do
- Define lead selection criteria and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Build and manage lead generation channels.
- Generate leads, conduct product demos, and establish new accounts.
- Maintain leads and accounts tracking and management processes.
- Identify new markets and propose strategic sales plans and campaigns.
- Train and mentor Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in IT, SaaS, or Outstaffing sales.
- Proven history of structuring and closing large, complex deals.
- English: Advanced (C1) proficiency required.
- Location: Must be based in Brazil, Argentina, or Colombia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with revenue deadlines.
Nice to have
- Experience specifically within the Outstaffing/Staff Augmentation industry.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Experience with Google Suite and Jira.
