What you will do

• Manage and maintain status reports for the sales team, keeping all activities up-to-date and accurate.
• Send, administer contracts with clients, and ensure terms are accurately reflected in company records.
• Build and maintain relationships with company contacts through the Head of Sales network.
• Maintain CRM data quality and completeness, identifying areas for improvement.
• Provide administrative support to Head of Sales, including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive).
• 2+ years of experience in sales support or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with LinkedIn.
