What you will do
- Manage and maintain up-to-date status reports for the sales team.
- Send, administer contracts with clients, and ensure accurate records.
- Build and maintain relationships using the Head of Sales network.
- Maintain CRM data quality, completeness, and identify improvements.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, emails, and documents.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive).
- 2+ years of experience in sales support or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience with LinkedIn.
