hirify.global is building a next-generation accounting and finance platform to redefine how businesses manage their finances.

What you will do

  • Manage a team of Account Executives, conducting weekly 1:1s and pipeline reviews.
  • Coach AEs on live deals, providing specific tactical guidance to drive closures.
  • Execute strategic deals and support the ramping of new AEs and SDRs.
  • Maintain high standards for CRM hygiene and ensure visibility into revenue forecasting.
  • Collaborate directly with founders on sales leadership and growth strategy.
  • Screen and interview candidates to scale the AE team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a top-performing Account Executive.
  • At least 2+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ AEs.
  • Full-cycle B2B sales experience with mid-market deals ($30K+ ACV).
  • Experience selling specifically to CFOs, Controllers, or finance teams.
  • Must be based in New York, NY (On-site)

Nice to have

  • Professional background in finance.
  • Experience in verticals such as Healthcare, Construction, F&B, or Real Estate.
  • Previous experience working at a high-growth startup.
