is building a next-generation accounting and finance platform to redefine how businesses manage their finances.
What you will do
- Manage a team of Account Executives, conducting weekly 1:1s and pipeline reviews.
- Coach AEs on live deals, providing specific tactical guidance to drive closures.
- Execute strategic deals and support the ramping of new AEs and SDRs.
- Maintain high standards for CRM hygiene and ensure visibility into revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate directly with founders on sales leadership and growth strategy.
- Screen and interview candidates to scale the AE team.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a top-performing Account Executive.
- At least 2+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ AEs.
- Full-cycle B2B sales experience with mid-market deals ($30K+ ACV).
- Experience selling specifically to CFOs, Controllers, or finance teams.
- Must be based in New York, NY (On-site)
Nice to have
- Professional background in finance.
- Experience in verticals such as Healthcare, Construction, F&B, or Real Estate.
- Previous experience working at a high-growth startup.
