What you will do

• Build relationships with C-level financial executives and senior decision makers across cannabis retailers.
• Maximize customer adoption and revenue potential for the suite of financial products and services.
• Identify pain points related to cannabis banking, compliance, and financial management to offer tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and relationship management teams to improve client satisfaction.
• Develop scalable pitch narratives for the banking team and provide customer feedback for product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial services and/or fintech.
• Proven experience managing and prioritizing a deal pipeline.
• Ability to articulate products related to loans, lines of credit, trade credit, factoring, and treasury management.
• Tenacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Must be based in the US (implied by 401k and US health insurance benefits).
