Senior Director of Global Renewals (Cybersecurity)

Location: United Kingdom; remote work is available. Travel of up to 20% is required.

What you will do

• Own the global renewal strategy, operating model, coverage, segmentation, playbooks, and workflows.
• Manage renewal performance against GRR, renewal rate, churn, and contraction targets.
• Build accurate renewal forecasts and provide visibility into pipeline, risk, churn, contraction, and expansion.
• Develop pricing and commercial strategies covering uplifts, multi-year agreements, co-termination, downsell, and non-standard terms.
• Lead the full renewal lifecycle, including quoting, negotiations, purchase orders, agreement execution, and order submission.
• Build the global renewals team and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk, and Revenue Operations.

Requirements

• Experience managing recurring revenue with accountability for GRR and renewal targets.
• Experience building and operationalizing renewal processes, playbooks, and forecasting methodologies.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with pricing, uplifts, multi-year agreements, contract terms, and high-volume account portfolios.
• Experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, or another technically complex B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience building a global renewals team and using Salesforce.
