Salary: Base $68,800 - $103,200 + OTE $17,200 - $25,800

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end T-120 renewal motion, including plan creation, milestone tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Drive the operational close for renewals by shepherding agreements through Ironclad and ensuring data accuracy.
- Improve renewal forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene within SFDC, QTC, and Gainsight.
- Partner with AEs and CSMs to resolve quote ownership, billing edge cases, and churn reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and elevate the client experience.
- Act as the primary expert on Quote-to-Cash systems, billing models, and the internal tech stack.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Renewal Specialist within a SaaS environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- Exceptional communication skills for surfacing risks and building alignment across stakeholders.
- Customer-centric and commercially minded approach to weigh risks and tradeoffs.
- Ability to work autonomously as the first hire in a new specialized function.
