TL;DR

Renewals Specialist (SaaS): Managing the end-to-end contract renewal process and opportunity orchestration within a legal tech environment with an accent on Quote-to-Cash systems and forecast accuracy. Focus on optimizing the T-120 renewal motion, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and maintaining high pipeline hygiene.

Location: Hybrid (Oakland, CA); in office M/W/Th, home Tu/Fr. Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.

Salary: Base $68,800 - $103,200 + OTE $17,200 - $25,800

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end T-120 renewal motion, including plan creation, milestone tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Drive the operational close for renewals by shepherding agreements through Ironclad and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Improve renewal forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene within SFDC, QTC, and Gainsight.
  • Partner with AEs and CSMs to resolve quote ownership, billing edge cases, and churn reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and elevate the client experience.
  • Act as the primary expert on Quote-to-Cash systems, billing models, and the internal tech stack.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Renewal Specialist within a SaaS environment.
  • Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Exceptional communication skills for surfacing risks and building alignment across stakeholders.
  • Customer-centric and commercially minded approach to weigh risks and tradeoffs.
  • Ability to work autonomously as the first hire in a new specialized function.
