What you will do

• Develop and implement category strategies for professional services to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance.
• Manage procurement activities for Translation, HR, Finance, and Legal services.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives including the development of RFPs and RFQs, bid evaluations, and supplier selection.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to ensure favorable commercial outcomes.
• Monitor supplier performance and build strong collaborative relationships for continuous improvement.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Procurement (MBA or CPSM/CIPS certifications preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience executing category strategies and managing complex supplier relationships.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor management skills.
• Experience using procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, or similar platforms.
• Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.
