What you will do

• Conduct financial and supply chain operations analysis to identify cost-saving and operational enhancement opportunities.
• Create and manage detailed spreadsheets, presentations, and deliverables using MS Office (Excel, Access, Visio, Project).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary Value Analysis teams and clinicians to ensure value-based product utilization.
• Review clinical spend landscapes and ERP reports to drive data-driven recommendations.
• Lead product evaluations and document the financial, quality, and service success of the value analysis process.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow analysts to support their professional development.

Requirements

• 2+ years of combined clinical experience in a hospital setting.
• Direct Value Analysis experience in an integrated delivery network (IDN) or large system.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project).
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and make independent decisions.

Nice to have

• SQL experience.
• Experience within a consulting firm or healthcare provider supply chain.
