What you will do

• Own internal communications, including orchestrating team newsletters and running weekly team and staff meetings.
• Enable cross-team collaboration by streamlining campaign and promo calendar programming and coordinating bi-annual offsites.
• Build strategic narratives through compelling executive-level decks tailored to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage the data science partnership, prioritizing analytics and distilling data into actionable stories.
• Facilitate information sharing across workstreams to foster a culture of transparency and continuous learning.
• Ensure projects move from planning to execution with clarity and purpose as an operational backbone for leadership.

Requirements

• 10 years of relevant experience in program/project leadership, marketing operations, chief of staff, or strategic communications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen to quickly ramp up on new product areas and market landscapes.
• Ability to lead through influence and build strong relationships across teams with varied personalities.
• Comfort working with data and partnering with analytics teams to translate findings into insights.
• Proficiency in building executive-level presentations and decks.
