What you will do

• Own and optimize Greenhouse configuration, workflows, and offer letter automation via DocuSign.
• Design and deliver hiring manager training on structured hiring and interview best practices.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize hiring roles and streamline the headcount approval process.
• Support the rollout of leveling frameworks, career ladders, and standardized compensation ranges.
• Build and maintain recruiting dashboards to track key metrics and provide data-driven insights.
• Improve the employee referral program and enhance the overall candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in program management, recruiting operations, or people operations.
• Hands-on experience working with ATS tools, specifically Greenhouse.
• Solid stakeholder management and project execution skills.
• Must be located in or able to work from South San Francisco, California, USA.
