What you will do

• Support execution of global vertical marketing programs including new product launches by managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Monitor program progress, flag risks, and follow up with stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and regional teams
• Manage day-to-day project tracking in Asana and maintain visibility into program status
• Handle content and asset management including uploads, tagging, organization, and localization workflows
• Set up Salesforce campaigns, generate UTM codes, and validate links for campaign launches
• Manage program budgets, route SOWs, open POs, track invoices, and coordinate logistics with partners

Requirements

• Demonstrated program or project management experience in complex, cross-functional organizations
• Experience in B2B marketing program/project management
• Strong stakeholder influence and alignment skills across functions and levels
• Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience with marketing operations tools like Asana and Salesforce preferred
• Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced environments; self-starter mindset
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
