What you will do

  • Own high-impact sales programs from problem identification through launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Partner across Sales, Product, Marketing, Data Science, Operations, and Enablement to design and scale programs supporting business goals.
  • Develop program strategies improving sales effectiveness, revenue growth, and new opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into clear program plans, priorities, success metrics, and execution roadmaps.
  • Support go-to-market efforts for new programs and launches with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Use data, testing, and performance insights to evaluate outcomes and optimize programs.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend scalable solutions enhancing team efficiency and partner experience.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in sales strategy, program management, sales operations, or related field
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from identification through execution and optimization.
  • Experience developing or supporting go-to-market strategies for new programs or product launches.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, using data to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and influence skills across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Enablement.
  • Clear communicator simplifying complex ideas into actionable recommendations, metrics, and narratives.
