What you will do

• Own executive workflow across hardware, software, and connectivity in office, home, and mobile setups.
• Ensure meeting reliability through pre-flight AV testing, hybrid configurations, and real-time support for board meetings, earnings calls, and keynotes.
• Deploy and optimize AI tools and agentic platforms for executive productivity and decision-making.
• Manage access, authentication, and security while maintaining low friction and high velocity.
• Build detailed runbooks, travel Go-Kits, and documentation for consistent support.
• Proactively monitor systems, predict failures, and provide coverage during travel and critical cycles.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical support, including 3+ years supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced tech environments.
• Advanced proficiency in macOS, iOS, MDM, Zoom, A/V hardware, and complex networking.
• Exceptional communication, executive presence, discretion, and calm under pressure.
• Disciplined proactive maintenance, documentation, and high-touch service delivery.
• Flexibility for always-on support, onsite in San Francisco, and travel.
