Salary: $85,000 — $105,000 USD

What you will do
- Provide Level 1 & 2 support for onsite employees and remote team members worldwide.
- Triage and resolve tickets across hardware, software, and account issues.
- Maintain office technology including A/V systems, conference rooms, printers, and network equipment.
- Manage asset inventory and full device lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
- Support onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and access management.
- Contribute to IT projects, documentation, and process improvements.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on IT support experience in fast-paced environments
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to best-in-class support.
- Strong problem-solving, self-driven, and proactive work style.
- Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.
- Experience supporting MacOS devices and SaaS business tools.
