Location: Must live in the territory (New Mexico or Arizona), ideally Phoenix, AZ

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed sales objectives for instruments and reagents in the assigned territory.
  • Prospect and win new business from hospitals not currently using hirify.global solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and present clinical, operational, and financial solutions to key decision-makers.
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to grow the test menu on installed instruments.
  • Maintain accurate data in the CRM, including opportunity tracking and visit reports.
  • Collaborate with Applications and Service teams to ensure successful instrument implementation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) market is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, contracting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for impactful presentations.
  • Must be based in Arizona or New Mexico.
