What you will do

• Own and grow strategic global key accounts by developing deep insights into customer strategies and long-term opportunities.
• Lead global, cross-functional teams to deliver aligned, high-impact account strategies.
• Develop and execute a 3-year account development plan and build a strong opportunity pipeline.
• Drive innovation and new product initiatives in collaboration with R&D, marketing, and application teams.
• Lead commercial negotiations and pricing strategies to ensure competitive and sustainable outcomes.
• Translate customer demand and market dynamics into actionable business strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the food & beverage industry, ideally in strategic account management.
• Must reside in or near Princeton, NJ or Los Angeles, CA.
• Ability to travel between 20% and 70% depending on the customer portfolio.
• Experience with SAP and digital tools.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage complex global accounts.
