What you will do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for permanent, temporary, and fixed-term roles using Dayforce system.
- Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, benchmarking, and market mapping.
- Influence leaders on talent decisions, emphasizing mindset, behaviors, and potential over skills.
- Design and implement scalable recruitment processes, onboarding journeys, and succession planning.
- Strengthen employer brand and ensure consistent candidate experience.
- Partner with People team, PBPs, and senior leaders to align talent strategies with business goals.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior or strategic talent acquisition role.
- Proven ability to influence, challenge, and drive change at all organizational levels.
- Strong experience designing or improving recruitment processes, governance, and talent frameworks.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments with ambiguity.
- Experience using recruitment systems (Dayforce desirable).
