TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Partner: Lead end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and talent strategies during cultural transformation with an accent on mindset-based hiring, process governance, and leadership development. Focus on building talent pipelines, succession planning, onboarding journeys, and employer brand enhancement.

Location: Middlesbrough (Hybrid working)

Salary: Up to £55,000 plus benefits

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for permanent, temporary, and fixed-term roles using Dayforce system.
  • Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, benchmarking, and market mapping.
  • Influence leaders on talent decisions, emphasizing mindset, behaviors, and potential over skills.
  • Design and implement scalable recruitment processes, onboarding journeys, and succession planning.
  • Strengthen employer brand and ensure consistent candidate experience.
  • Partner with People team, PBPs, and senior leaders to align talent strategies with business goals.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a senior or strategic talent acquisition role.
  • Proven ability to influence, challenge, and drive change at all organizational levels.
  • Strong experience designing or improving recruitment processes, governance, and talent frameworks.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments with ambiguity.
  • Experience using recruitment systems (Dayforce desirable).

  • Experience with Dayforce system.
