What you will do

  • Recruit diverse talent for roles across hirify.global global offices
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using social media, networking, and referrals
  • Coordinate with global people team and improve recruiting processes
  • Implement talent marketing campaigns and employer branding events
  • Analyze hiring metrics and assist managers through the full recruitment cycle
  • Build talent pools, provide hiring training, and lead TA projects

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Relevant experience in talent acquisition, ideally in international fast-paced organizations
  • Broad understanding of recruitment technology and automation
  • Strong relationship-building with hiring managers and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in social media and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn
  • Proactive, adaptable in fast-paced team environment
