TL;DR

Talent Partner - Sales: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for sales requisitions from intake to offer acceptance with an accent on building proactive pipelines and partnering with hiring managers. Focus on using hiring data to iterate processes, flag blockers, and drive sales hiring toward 1 million customer goal.

Location: London (Moorgate), 2 days in office

What you will do

  • Own sales requisitions from intake through to offer acceptance
  • Build proactive pipelines of sales talent using LinkedIn, CV databases, referrals, networking, and CRM
  • Partner closely with sales hiring managers to calibrate profiles, move at pace, and keep pipelines healthy
  • Use hiring data like pass-through rates, source mix, and time to hire to iterate processes and flag blockers early
  • Contribute to team-wide initiatives alongside the broader Talent Team

Requirements

  • Solid in-house recruitment experience hiring sales talent or managing volume requisitions
  • Ability to move fast, own requisitions, and progress without needing to be chased
  • Build credible relationships with stakeholders and challenge when needed
  • Continually build proactive pipelines tapping into passive talent, not relying on applications
  • Keep candidate experience sharp
