Outbound Sales Representative

Location: Remote within the US (team from Florida to Oregon), full-time Monday-Friday 9 a.m.–6 p.m. CST

Salary: $17.35/hour + commission

What you will do

• Own your pipeline: generate, advance, and close opportunities via proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Make 60+ outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers.
• Close sales by recommending tailored solutions for business needs.
• Provide consultative, value-based customer experiences building trust.
• Maintain accurate notes in Salesforce and TalkDesk.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

• Full-time availability Monday-Friday 9 a.m.–6 p.m. CST
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Proven experience prioritizing workload in metric-driven environments.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, resilient, and competitive.
• Comfortable with fast-paced change and uncertainty.

Nice to have

• MacOS and G-Workspace knowledge.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs.
