TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (USA): Building the top of the sales funnel by generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads in the U.S. data and AI market with an accent on outbound prospecting and B2B tech outreach. Focus on identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and collaborating with sales/marketing teams to drive growth.

Location: Remote from USA – target U.S. market, identify clients in the U.S.

What you will do

  • Identify and research potential U.S. clients aligned with data/AI services.
  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and channels.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing, events, or website.
  • Engage prospects to understand needs and spot collaboration opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on lead strategies and messaging.
  • Maintain CRM with interactions, leads, and pipeline status.
  • Support outreach materials, templates, and follow-ups.
  • Contribute ideas for U.S. market positioning (events, partnerships, content).

Requirements

  • Comfortable working remotely across global teams
  • University degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related.
  • 3+ years in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Business Development (B2B tech/data/AI preferred).
  • Proven outbound prospecting and early sales funnel management.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills for multiple conversations.
