Location: Remote (Global), must have significant hours overlap with Americas time zones

Salary: $93,500 - $150,000 (depending on US state)

What you will do

  • Own long-term retention and proactive engagement for a portfolio of 40-60 small to mid-size district partners.
  • Lead the renewal process using a consultative approach to secure contracts and identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews and Outcome Reviews to demonstrate alignment with district goals.
  • Develop data-driven account plans for engagement, adoption, and expansion.
  • Collaborate with Success, Implementation, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize customer outcomes.
  • Travel 20-30% for in-person conferences and executive meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Renewals within K-12 EdTech.
  • Proven track record of expanding networks to include executive stakeholders.
  • Experience navigating procurement, legal, and budget processes for renewals and expansions.
  • Strong communication skills for influencing executive stakeholders and presenting strategic impact.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio of accounts autonomously.
  • Proficiency with SFDC, Notion, and Asana.
