Salary: $110,000–$160,000 / year

What you will do

• Oversee daily on-site operations of the transit service in West Palm Beach.
• Act as the primary real-time point of contact for drivers and dispatchers to resolve operational issues.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of dispatchers, shift managers, and drivers.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with driver partners, customers, and local community leaders.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and weekly metrics to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations management.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven track record of leading, motivating, and developing support teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to fast-paced, autonomous environments.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in West Palm Beach, FL.
