What you will do

• Oversee complex renewable energy asset portfolios and act as the Owner’s Representative for AES Clean Energy.
• Manage project financial matters, including full P&L responsibility and annual budget tracking.
• Enhance and automate core processes and interaction workflows between internal teams.
• Support the resolution and mitigation of major plant outages as necessary.
• Collaborate across teams to identify opportunities for increasing revenue and mitigating risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in renewable energy and familiarity with financial management in this sector.
• Experience developing workflow automation for reviewing technical electrical diagrams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparing Return on Investment (ROI) spreadsheets.
• Ability to design residential PV systems (1-5 KW) based on power demand.
• Strong data analytics skills, specifically querying multiple data sets using Microsoft SQL.
