Salary: $83,000 – $122,000

What you will do

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes following established internal control procedures.
• Perform analytical functions for income statements, balance sheets, and equity transactions to ensure accurate general ledger closes.
• Prepare monthly draw packages and financial statements in accordance with GAAP for lenders and ownership structures.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Portfolio Finance, and Construction teams to provide accurate account coding and reporting.
• Support the annual audit process by compiling financial statements and coordinating data requests for external auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in general accounting.
• Experience with ERP accounting systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; company will not sponsor non-immigrant visas (H-1B, TN, E-3, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and practical understanding of internal control processes over financial reporting.

Nice to have

• CPA certification and/or Master’s degree in accounting.
• Previous experience in public accounting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Experience within the energy or real estate industries.
