Location: 100% remote, United States

Compensation: $25.00 - $29.00 USD hourly

What you will do

• Be the primary point of contact for selected clients and manage contract performance including KPIs and risks.
• Handle commercial aspects, business development opportunities, and liaison between hirify.global personnel and clients.
• Undertake contract activities like documentation, training organization, project reviews, and reporting to client senior management.
• Coordinate with auditors, communicate program announcements, and promote company image and process improvements.
• Drive new revenue opportunities for US and CA clients, collaborate with sales team, and achieve annual business development targets.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in customer care or administrative role
• Experience in automotive industry (manufacturing, production, supplier quality, quality control, testing)
• Solid knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and ability to apply them
• Written and verbal communication in English (Required)
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Certnet or hirify.global scheduling system; ability to manage multiple projects.
