TL;DR
Key Account Specialist (Automotive - IATF 16949): Perform account management and coordination for Business Assurance services post-contract award with an accent on monitoring contract performance, KPIs, and commercial aspects. Location: 100% remote, United States
Compensation: $25.00 - $29.00 USD hourly

What you will do
- Be the primary point of contact for selected clients and manage contract performance including KPIs and risks.
- Handle commercial aspects, business development opportunities, and liaison between personnel and clients.
- Undertake contract activities like documentation, training organization, project reviews, and reporting to client senior management.
- Coordinate with auditors, communicate program announcements, and promote company image and process improvements.
- Drive new revenue opportunities for US and CA clients, collaborate with sales team, and achieve annual business development targets.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years in customer care or administrative role
- Experience in automotive industry (manufacturing, production, supplier quality, quality control, testing)
- Solid knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and ability to apply them
- Written and verbal communication in English (Required)
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Certnet or scheduling system; ability to manage multiple projects.
