Location: Virtual US (60–75% travel depending on territory)

What you will do
- Own executive-level relationships with Dealer Principals, GMs, Fixed Ops Directors, BDC Leaders, and OEM reps, positioning as strategic partner.
- Lead renewal strategy, negotiation, risk mitigation, and drive upsell/expansion revenue through whitespace opportunities and multi-solution adoption.
- Develop annual/quarterly strategic account plans covering business goals, solution adoption, expansion targets, and risk indicators.
- Drive portfolio growth across DMS (service/parts/accounting/inventory), CRM (lead management/BDC), Service Suite, and Marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with SPMs and Product SMEs to ensure deep adoption, align performance to outcomes like service throughput and lead conversion.
- Monitor customer health metrics, manage escalations, and lead cross-functional efforts across Customer Success, Product, Support, and Marketing.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years in automotive SaaS, dealership technology, or automotive retail operations
- Demonstrated success managing strategic/enterprise accounts with retention and expansion responsibility
- Strong understanding of dealership operations (fixed/variable ops, CRM, marketing)
- Proven ability to drive upsell revenue and multi-solution adoption
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, presentation skills
- Data-driven approach to growth opportunities and customer risk
Nice to have
- Experience with automotive DMS, CRM, service tools, marketing platforms
- Prior dealership leadership (BDC, service, sales, digital marketing)
- Familiarity with OEM standards, compliance, certification programs
- Structured account planning frameworks and customer health models
