What you will do

• Own a dedicated Imaging-focused product pod, shipping customer value through rapid, continuous delivery.
• Lead build-measure-learn loops, prioritizing speed and evidence over long planning cycles.
• Translate complex imaging capabilities (2D/3D, AI diagnostics) into clear user value propositions and success metrics.
• Partner closely with engineering to shape technically feasible, production-ready imaging solutions.
• Conduct continuous customer discovery and usability tests to validate product direction.
• Align pod outcomes to broader company strategy while protecting pod autonomy.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of SaaS product management experience, including at least 3 years leading strategic initiatives.
• Experience with dental or medical imaging products (intraoral, panoramic, CBCT) is highly preferred.
• Proven success operating in high-ambiguity, fast-moving, startup-like environments.
• Strong proficiency in Agile and modern product discovery/delivery practices.
• Demonstrated ability to define success metrics and use data to drive product decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
