What you will do

• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, cost drivers, forecasting, and real-time workload contribution margins.
• Analyze revenue, COGS, and margin trends to provide actionable recommendations influencing pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Own pricing strategy evolution by analyzing usage patterns, customer segments, and running experiments; partner with Product, Finance, and Sales to optimize monetization.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and Sales on business cases for new features and market opportunities using data-driven insights.
• Leverage SQL and hirify.global AI features to uncover insights from complex data structures and automate reporting.
• Build scalable dashboards for Product and Finance leaders and optimize cloud spend to reduce COGS/OpEx.

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Data Analytics; SaaS, Cloud, Data, or Fintech preferred.
• Strong financial and analytical skills to build models, analyze data, and juggle priorities.
• Technical agility with SQL (preferred) and complex data structures; coding experience a plus.
• Experience in revenue, COGS, and margin analysis; familiarity with Salesforce or GTM systems.
• Ownership mindset to navigate ambiguity, anticipate steps, and drive projects.
• Exceptional communication to present complex data to VP/C-level; Bachelor’s in Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or related.
