Location: State College, PA or Remote in PA. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Renewals Specialists to exceed targets and grow careers.
• Drive value-based renewal processes to improve GRR and NRR.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Field Operations.
• Own renewal execution from pipeline hygiene to forecasting accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to scale processes and elevate team performance.
• Handle complex, high-risk renewals to secure optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years in renewals, sales, or account management (B2B SaaS/enterprise software)
• Proven success leading teams and driving retention metrics (GRR/NRR)
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Passion for coaching, talent development, and building scalable processes
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners and lead through change
