What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Business Developers to foster a high-performance culture.
• Onboard and ramp up new team members, ensuring alignment with processes and tools.
• Develop and implement initiatives to maximize lead generation from key strategic partners.
• Engage prospects through high-volume cold-calling, networking, email, and social outreach.
• Collaborate with Partner Account Executives, Marketing, and CX teams to qualify leads.
• Drive continuous improvement of outbound processes and playbooks based on team learnings.

Requirements

• Native Italian speaker.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Proven experience in a Sales role, ideally within a SaaS or digital environment.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating a sales or BDR team.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales processes and campaign rollout.
• Tech-savvy with a natural passion for digital innovation.
