Salary: USD $106,400 – $203,600 per year (USD $137,600 – $222,600 in San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area)

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to build hirify.global AI brand strategy, focusing on research, scientific, and humanist identity.
• Steward relationships to create coherent portfolio narratives for MAI research initiatives.
• Lead workshops and training on hirify.global AI brand strategy and expression.
• Translate research portfolio into semi-annual cultural calendars and brand moment campaigns.
• Develop communications plans for research moments and model launches across channels.
• Guide brief writing, direction for cross-group teams, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Requirements

• 6+ years work experience at a branding agency or with product marketing, brand building, and/or strategy development OR equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• 6+ years brand/creative strategy and communications/connections strategy experience, including brief writing.
• 6+ years communications/connections planning for integrated campaigns.
• Strong insight into AI discourse across culture.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML to read papers and follow architecture discussions.
• Comfort in ambiguity and defining role shape.
• Luxury, lifestyle, or entertainment experience.
• 6+ years project management experience.
• Strategic mindset balancing short- and long-term goals.
