hirify.global is creating a seamless AI layer that passively structures and acts on conversations across mobile, desktop, and live interactions to eliminate busywork.

What you will do

  • Own the brand narrative, turning the product into a simple, sharp story and defining messaging pillars.
  • Build a distribution engine by identifying ICP locations and designing repeatable content systems.
  • Increase team visibility by helping founders and employees publish clear, high-impact posts.
  • Drive end-to-end partnerships with creators and collaborators to reach target users.
  • Optimize key touchpoints, including website clarity, conversion, and sales materials.
  • Establish usable brand systems, guidelines, templates, and asset libraries.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York City (NYC).
  • Ability to take extreme ownership of the full brand system.
  • Experience in narrative building and distribution across multiple channels.
  • Capability to work in a written-first, async-heavy environment.
