What you will do

  • Lead ROI and value initiatives for a portfolio of strategic Fortune 50-100 customers.
  • Act as a strategic transformation partner, defining the JTBD framework to drive AI adoption.
  • Build and manage trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives to prioritize AI initiatives.
  • Conduct analysis through surveys and interviews to quantify the P&L impact of AI adoption.
  • Orchestrate complex cross-functional programs, managing risks, escalations, and stakeholders.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and scale transformation best practices via standardized frameworks and decks.

Requirements

  • Over 10 years of experience in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies.
  • Proven track record of building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale organizational transformations.
  • Mastery of change management and the ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable P&L outcomes.
  • Strong professional background in management consulting or strategy advisory.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for board-level presentations.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London hub (Hybrid)
