What you will do

• Lead sourcing strategy across a broad professional services portfolio to support all business units across the organization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on supplier ecosystems, commercial tradeoffs, and risk management.
• Define category strategies, negotiation playbooks, and commercial frameworks to improve speed, consistency, and value.
• Establish supplier KPIs, scorecards, and business review mechanisms for critical service providers.
• Build scalable sourcing models and automation-enabled workflows to increase decision quality and organizational leverage.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of experienced sourcing professionals, balancing near-term execution with long-term capability building.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or commercial leadership.
• Proven success leading high-stakes sourcing initiatives with enterprise-wide visibility across critical categories.
• Experience designing scalable sourcing models and frameworks in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional partners.
• Demonstrated people leadership and talent development experience.
• Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA.
