Location: Atlanta, GA / Seattle, WA preferred; open to remote candidates within the US

Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 USD

What you will do

• Own and improve end-to-end procure-to-pay processes in Zip, including automation and AI enhancements.
• Iterate on policies, workflows, and cross-departmental operations with Legal, Finance, Security, and GRC.
• Lead vendor management, negotiations, due diligence, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, cost savings, and cash management with Finance and FP&A.
• Negotiate software/SaaS contracts, cloud deals with AWS/GCP/Azure, and assess total cost of ownership.
• Scale the function, train stakeholders, and advocate for procurement as a strategic enabler.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Vendor Management
• Experience in SaaS, technology, software, or high-growth environments strongly preferred
• Expertise in software/SaaS contract negotiation, including sub-processors and cloud partners (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with Zip or Coupa; previous people leadership
• Ability to balance speed with governance, process design, and operational scaling
• Collaborative communication, data-driven pragmatism, and high independence
