What you will do

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of 25–30 client accounts across various industries.
• Translate technical digital marketing updates into clear, client-friendly communication.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all client queries, status updates, and feedback.
• Coordinate with the internal delivery team to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
• Oversee project timelines and organize tasks using ClickUp to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide clients with insightful reports and recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or Client Success Manager.
• Proven experience working within digital marketing agencies.
• Fluent English, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in organizational tools and CRMs such as ClickUp and GoHighLevel.
• Solid understanding of web design, SEO, and Google Ads.
• Availability to work from 9 am to 5 pm EST.
