Location: Hybrid working with time split between Osterley office (London) and home. Office accessible via train, shuttle buses, bike shelters.

What you will do

• Act as Agile Coach to squads and leadership, embedding Agile principles in new and established teams.
• Drive agile adoption and continuous improvement at team and organisational levels.
• Stand up new teams and delivery areas, designing structures, ceremonies, and onboarding.
• Shape cross-directorate standards, metrics, and frameworks with other teams.
• Partner with leadership to assess and improve directorate agility and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach across multiple squads in complex cross-functional environments.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, facilitation skills across teams, Scrum Masters, engineers, leadership; deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe frameworks.
• Experience governing and optimising JIRA across teams or departments as single source of truth.
• Confident collaboration across boundaries, influencing, challenging; excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics, KPIs, performance measurement techniques presented scalably for teams and leadership.
• Experience setting up and scaling new Agile teams or operating models.
