What you will do

• Manage multiple projects within a portfolio, prioritizing based on strategic objectives and resource availability.
• Oversee project budgets, including forecasting and expense tracking to ensure profitability.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for additional business in collaboration with the sales team.
• Lead and mentor professional services software development and cloud engineering teams.
• Conduct risk assessments for complex projects and implement "paths to green" resolutions.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Agile methodologies to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager within professional services, strategic consulting, or operations management.
• 3-5 years of experience working with AWS Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a similar field.
• PMI certifications (e.g., PMP) and Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master).
• Eligible for US-based employment (indicated by 401k and health insurance benefits).

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI and data analytics tools.
• Background in supply chain, logistics operations, or ERP/CRM system implementation.
• Executive-level leadership experience with P&L accountability.
• Experience in strategic consulting or business advisory services.
