What you will do

• Manage scope, process, timelines, and metrics for up to 3 development pods while removing blockers, resolving conflicts, and facilitating team communication
• Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, demos, grooming, planning, and daily stand-ups
• Build productive environments where teams own the product and drive value through outcomes
• Coach team members and stakeholders in agile frameworks to elevate pod maturity
• Serve as point of contact for stakeholders and support product owners on backlog maintenance
• Act as change agent to implement improvements effectively and ensure sprint deliverables meet quality standards

Requirements

• 3-6 years in hands-on Scrum Master role for multiple agile pods
• First Level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) required
• Familiarity with software development and prioritization methodologies
• Mid-level knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (DoD, TWA, acceptance criteria)
• Good knowledge of Agile frameworks (Kanban, pair programming) and techniques (TDD, BDD, CI/CD)
• Excellent communication, servant leadership, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
