What you will do

• Act as the Scrum Master for multiple agile teams, embedding Scrum values and practices across delivery activities.
• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Proactively remove impediments and manage risks and dependencies to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Coach Product Owners to maximize value delivery and maintain well-prioritized backlogs with clear user stories.
• Monitor and report on delivery health using agile metrics such as velocity, predictability, and flow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and developers to improve agile maturity across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven hands-on experience working as a Scrum Master within agile delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Experience supporting multiple delivery teams or working across complex, multi-team programs.
• Proficiency in agile delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Solid experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Recognized Agile and Scrum certifications.

Nice to have

• Experience working in regulated environments such as alternative investment or financial services.
• Exposure to scaling agile approaches (e.g., SAFe, Lean).
• Technical experience with Power Platform and Camunda.
• Experience leading technology projects focused on automation and process orchestration.
