Senior Scrum Master

What you will do

• Act as Agile Coach embedding principles across new and established teams.
• Drive agile adoption, continuous improvement at team and organisational levels.
• Stand up new teams and delivery areas, designing structures, ceremonies, and onboarding.
• Shape cross-directorate standards, metrics, and frameworks with other teams.
• Partner with leadership to assess and improve directorate agility and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach in complex cross-functional environments across multiple squads.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, facilitation skills; deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe frameworks.
• Experience governing and optimising JIRA as single source of truth.
• Confident collaboration across boundaries, influencing skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Understanding of Agile metrics, KPIs, techniques for measuring and improving performance.
• Experience setting up and scaling new Agile teams and operating models.
