What you will do

• Lead high-stakes leadership workshops focusing on Advanced Decision-Making.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Learning Experience Designers (LXDs) to co-create and refine curriculum.
• Provide one-on-one and group executive coaching to cultivate presence among high-potential leaders.
• Deploy learning strategies that align a diverse international workforce with long-term business goals.
• Participate in content reviews prior to delivery dates.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Japanese and advanced business English.
• Must be based in Japan.
• Extensive experience leading leadership development programs for senior management and executives.
• Deep understanding of strategic decision-making frameworks within a high-pressure corporate context.
• Proven track record in large-scale corporate environments and experience collaborating with Instructional Designers.

Nice to have

• Experience or familiarity with Neurology and Immunology disorders.
• Passion for patient-centric leadership and strategy.
