What you will do

• Evaluate the implementation of workplace standards at both developmental and restaurant levels.
• Verify that management systems are robust enough to protect and support the workforce.
• Assess the physical and psychological safety of crew members.
• Conduct interviews with diverse staff levels, from crew to management.
• Analyze policy implementation and the effectiveness of management systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in one of the specified countries in Europe, Caucasus, Central America, South America, Africa, or Asia.
• Ability to strictly adhere to specific scopes and protocols without deviation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for conducting staff interviews.
• Analytical mindset for evaluating policy and system effectiveness.
• Previous experience in Social Auditing or APSCA qualification is highly preferred.
