Location: Remote (NY MD licensure required; openness to acquiring licenses in additional states)

Salary: $250,000 annual starting (prorated to $62,500 for 0.25 FTE / 10 hours per week)

What you will do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop medication treatment plans, and provide ongoing medication management for children and teens.
• Collaborate closely with InStride care team, families, primary care physicians, and outpatient prescribers.
• Participate in clinical team meetings focused on patient care, collaboration, and education.
• Schedule patients as needed and complete thorough documentation in a timely manner.
• Offer feedback on workflow improvements and ideas for program growth and innovation.

Requirements

• New York MD licensure appropriate to clinical discipline
• Expertise in medication management for children and teens with anxiety, OCD, depression, and ADHD
• Ability to complete documentation in a timely and thorough manner
• Comfort working on a multidisciplinary care team, providing and seeking support
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with flexibility
• Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
• Basic computer skills and openness to new technologies
