What you will do
- Coordinate day-to-day execution of negotiated media campaigns including outreach, setup, content review, deployment, tracking, and reporting.
- Own affiliate marketing program: research and onboard new partners, manage existing ones, monitor performance, and communicate updates.
- Support launch of ambassador/influencer program by piloting formats, organizing operations, and identifying scalable content/partnerships.
- Coordinate new negotiated media buys like publisher partnerships, OOH, newsletters, sponsorships, and community deals.
- Pull performance data, track KPIs, prepare reporting summaries and insights for internal teams.
- Collaborate with creative, product, data, MarTech, and legal teams for smooth integrations and content delivery.
- Research trends, test tools/platforms, and propose ideas to reach high school sports fans.
Requirements
- 2+ years in performance marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, media account management, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of creator landscape (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and digital trends.
- Creativity for engaging, authentic content; exceptional relationship-building with partners/creators/vendors.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple timelines/deliverables; proactive mindset.
- Analytical skills for interpreting data, KPIs, and insights.
- Experience with Impact.com, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
- Passion for high school sports.
