What you will do

• Define and execute a comprehensive channel roadmap aligned with brand priorities and product milestones.
• Develop repeatable content series and programmatic systems to move social from reactive to proactive.
• Create personality-driven, video-forward content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) tailored for non-desk, trade audiences.
• Grow and manage community channels, including Facebook Groups and YouTube communities, leveraging customer voices.
• Establish and enforce voice and tone guidelines to ensure consistency across all social touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Content, Design, and Demand Gen teams to integrate organic and paid social strategies.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in social media marketing with a track record of owning both strategy and execution.
• Proven experience marketing to trade, field-based, or blue-collar audiences.
• Expertise in short-form and long-form video strategy (YouTube, TikTok, Reels).
• Ability to operate independently, manage a dedicated budget, and analyze performance data.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to avoid corporate marketing jargon.
• Must be based in the US to align with office hub proximity and benefits.
